  • Serves as gatekeeper of market (seeds and CP) and customer data (loyal & new ones)
    • Working with Demand Generation Lead for CP and DSM for Seeds to:
      Establishes processes and tools for Activity Planning (Activity Planning, No. & Farmer Contacts, Activity Calendarization, Activity Tracking)
    • Develop the ff. tools
      • Activity Evaluation & Surveys; Metrics & Improvement Goals – Purchase Intention, Retention, Conversion
      • Cost Tracking: – Cost per Farmer Contact & Cost per Farmer Generated
      • Cost Tracking: – Cost per Farmer Contact & Cost per Farmer Generated
      • Communication Clarity & Effectiveness – Positioning & FAB
    • Develop Grower Programs and tracks implementation, ROI and effectiveness
  • Working with Digital Enablement, provides digital platform designed for both Territory and DG planning
  • Working with Marketing Communication, designs engagement game tools for DG activities


  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field
  • Significant experience (7 years minimum) in business to business demand generation and marketing analytics (strong knowledge of pipeline performance measurement, insights and optimization)
  • A high-performer with proven success driving strategy, planning and execution of customer acquisition campaigns across multiple channels (website, paid search, social media, email marketing, etc.)
  • Strong analytical background and passion for data
  • Experience partnering with sales on pipeline development
  • Demonstrated ability to interpret and present data relationships between key business concepts
  • High level of initiative and ability to work independently
  • Passionate professional capable of demonstrating ROI for marketing programs
