Coating Technician
Experience worker, with the ability to operate spray gun is essential (Prior experience working with products such as Belzona / Chesterton / Thortex preferred).
Bolt Tensioning & Torquing Technician
Performing a variety of flange joint related services, bolt torque and tensioning; set pump pressures and perform bolt load calculations; and perform bolt-up using hydraulic torque wrenches and / or tensioners. Perform on-site pre-heating & stress relieving of a variety of vessels, exchangers and piping.
Onsite Machinist
Pipe cutting and pipe beveling and heat-treating; weld testing and isolation work. Operate air and hydraulic actuated pipe cutting and beveling tools; operate portable ID and OD mount flange facers.
Heat Exchanger Retubing Technician
Experience in repairing heat exchanger and perform retubing, and rebuilding shell and tube-type heat exchangers.
Leak Sealing Technician
Performs preventive maintenance & mechanical repairs on utility equipment, including waste heat and co-generation equipment; production equipment. Repairs equipment by packing glands, seals, and gaskets. Tests equipment for pressure leaks. Also inspects sealing components, 0-rings, seals, gaskets, and machine faces.
Hydraulic Technician
Disassembles and evaluates hydraulic pumps, motors and cylinders; Hones, polishes, reseats, reassembles cylinders and hydraulic parts. Demonstrates job quality, safety and cleanliness and ability to read hydraulic diagram (Prior experience working with products such as Bosch Rexroth / Sauer Danfoss / Kawasaki)
Gas Quality Engineer
Provide site audit / inspection & Instrument performance evaluations at client s sites in the natural gas Industry to carry out performance evaluations on gas chromatographs and CEMS equipment based on ISO 10723 and in accordance with our ISO 17025 accredited methods and undertakes audit & inspection of client s gas quality measurement systems.
Education & Certification: Bachelor s Degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering, with minimum 1-2 years of related working experience.
Senior Scientist
Combine scientific, technical and administrative competences to undertake ISO 17025 accredited (UKAS) calibrations and tests in our gas metrology laboratory In order to provide calibration gases and laboratory-based analytical a testing services to clients in the natural gas industry.
Education & Certification: Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry/ Analytical Chemistry with minimum 4-8 years of overall working laboratory-based experience preferably under accredited quality systems.
