QUALITY CONTROL MANAGER and possess the following qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science or equivalent
- Post Graduate degree in quality management is preferred but can be substituted for appropriate quality systems experience
- Work experience should include a significant period as a quality control manager within a large food production facility with more than one external certification
- Have practical exposure to quality control processes, preferably in a food production environment
- Have proven excellent English communication skills in both written and verbal forms including the ability to articulate a position and provide convincing rationale for implementation
