2 Satwa ( C) power station
Worked on following systems performing corrective and preventive
Maintenance and breakdown periods. The system is based on starting
frequency converter , LV Panels, Motor control starter panels, D.Bs,
Building lights, installed battery backup system, voltage testing.
Did electrical coordination work during Bearing inspection and exciter
inspection.
3 Aweer (H) Power Station
Worked on following systems performing corrective and preventive
maintenance, shutdown periods and break down periods.
LT panels , Gas Circuit Breaker 6.6 KV, Air circuit Breakers 380 V, PLC control Panels, MCC panels, Distribution Boards, MCCB interlocking controls, ACB interlocking control panel , Motor bearing replacement, Generator Bearing inspection and Exciter winding of coils inspection, fuse inspection, water cooler , tube inspection and overhead crane maintenance, Transformer protection testing, Transformer insulation testing, Transformer PI test ,motor insulation testing, and Batteries voltage and specific gravity testing. System start with starting motor.
