AusAID is the Australian Government Agency responsible for managing Australia’s overseas aid program. AusAID is developing two exciting initiatives to support tertiary education reform and Indonesia’s knowledge sector for development policy. We are inviting qualified, experienced and dynamic professionals to apply for the roles of:

 PROGRAM MANAGER – KNOWLEDGE SECTOR ANALYST

Reporting to the Unit Manager for Tertiary Education and Knowledge Sector, this position will ensure that robust evidence is generated to inform the strategic direction of the Knowledge Sector program. Main responsibilities include conducting and/or commissioning studies to better understand the sector, synthesizing program learning, and communicating research results to higher-level policy makers in the Indonesian and Australian governments.

SENIOR PROGRAM MANAGER – TERTIARY EDUCATION DESIGN

Reporting to the Unit Manager for Tertiary Education and Knowledge Sector, this position will manage the design of a new initiative of support for tertiary education in Indonesia. Main responsibilities include working with a team of design and sector experts to produce an innovative tertiary education support program for funding consideration, conducting and/or commissioning studies to better understand the sector, and liaising with Indonesian and Australian governments and sector stakeholders in development of the program design.
