Coffey International Development in cooperation with the Nossal Institute for Global Health and GTZ International Services is managing the AusAID funded Australia Indonesia Partnership for Maternal and Neonatal Health Program which is an initiative to assist the Indonesian government to implement the National Making Pregnancy Safer Strategies in selected provinces and districts and improving public administration in the health sector. We are seeking expressions of interest for the position of Administration & Finance Assistants in five districts of East Nusa Tenggara.

As an Administration & Finance Assistant your key focus will be assisting the District Program Coordinator by providing administration and financial support to enable them to plan, monitor and report on the activities conducted in the region.

You will be degree qualified or hold a diploma in Business Administration, Management or Accounting. You will have extensive experience in an administration and financial management, office management and logistics as well as a high level competency using Microsoft Excel and Word and excellent English proficiency in both written and spoken English.

The ideal candidate will have a track record in working effectively with colleagues from varied cultures and professional backgrounds; excellent interpersonal communication and report writing skills; be able to work as a member of team or alone under limited supervision; be able to maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail and to communicate with senior staff in the organisation. You will also work to deadlines and perform under pressure; show a personal commitment to efficiency and a flexible approach as well as the ability to work according to development effectiveness policies and principles and demon state an understanding of the development cross-cutting themes.

Candidates with practical experience in East Nusa Tenggara will be highly regarded.
