The role would expect you to report to the Consumer Finance Products Manager in Retail Banking. Take responsibility for managing the Auto Finance product and actively assisting the Consumer Finance Products Manager in Credit cards and Personal Loan. You would be required to identify and progress options for product enhancements, ensure development of infrastructure, systems, and methodologies to manage the product as well as the marketing activities related while managing pricing (including fees) and risk. You would also need to prepare communications for stakeholders on key initiatives or product performance indicators while liaising with key stakeholders to develop & implement operational workflows. Managing external partner relationships or establishing external partner relationships for additional business development opportunities and assisting the Consumer Finance Products Manager in facilitating the completion of the Credit Cards and Personal Loans Project would be your other responsibilities.

In addition to this you would be required to determine key sources of information while scanning industry news for market, new entrant and regulatory developments to track information over time or develop a repository of historical trends and competitor behaviour. The role would expect you to develop ways to measure and monitor customer feedback and satisfaction while providing regular reporting (if required) to key ANZ stakeholders regarding all information gathered. Liaising with other stakeholders (internal & external) regarding product queries with product metrics – current and historical and analysing and identifying areas for change and improvement would be your other key responsibility areas. You would also require to assess the impact of the changes and improvements by reviewing for risks associated with any changes.

Qualifications
You would need to possess 1-2 years of experience in financial sector with exposure to banking products and/or customer management with a self motivation and an ability to set and work towards deadlines and budgets. Ability to work effectively independently with limited supervision and guidance with good communication, presentation skills, analytical skills and good hold on English and Vietnamese language would be an added advantage. Good task-organisation and time management skills under multiple priorities and stakeholders would be advantageous.
