To support its progressive growth and build the organizational capability, Eni Indonesia is looking for qualified personnel with high motivation, initiative and integrity to fill in the following position:

SR. DRILLING & COMPLETION ENGINEER

Responsibilities:
To develop well design optimizing the investment and applying the highest standards of engineering integrity, safety and environmental protection. To draft drilling plan and support its execution providing engineering advice and updating well design and execution plans.

Requirements:

  • University Degree from reputable university with a minimum 8 years of experience in deep-water drilling together with onshore drilling in Indonesia
  • Candidate will provide drilling technical expertise focused on improving drilling performance and cost. This position will provide guidance to the Chief of Well Engineering in all aspects of well planning together with providing technical/engineering and operations support to the drilling operations, including drilling project management, implementation of new technologies, innovate work practices and cost saving Initiatives.
  • You must be a good communicator and highly motivated with effective multi-disciplinary team working skills. Good analytical skills as well as effective communication with other relevant internal and external parties. Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English is a must
