- Minimum University degree
- Fluent in English both oral and written
- At least 5 years working experiences in related position
- Must have excellent record on national sales management
- Must have demonstrated wide business networks
- Must have excellent historical record on sales, preferably in certification or training services
- Must have strong market knowledge
- Excellent leadership skill and with strong interpersonal and intercultural skills
- Effective interface with diverse group along with good communication skill.
