Human Resources Advisor

Key Responsibilities:

  • Primary HR contact for in-country designated business lines.
  • Ensure alignment of HR operations and activities with company strategic goals, by working with global, regional and in-country HR Management.
  • HR related activities associated with “day-to-day” business operational needs that includes: staffing and development, policy communication and stewardship, workforce relations, case management, coordination of HR services support, etc.
  • Development and implementation of HR strategies, that includes: People Strategy, staffing plan, succession and development, organization alignment, work environment, labor/industrial relations, compensation and policy, etc.
  • Organization Effectiveness and/ Change Management activities in providing support to designated business line With interventions designed and implemented to enhance the competitiveness of the business, that includes: team effectiveness, training, etc.
  • HR related external relations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor or Master degree, with minimum 5-10 years of broad based business.
  • Leadership experience and external relations responsibilities are an advantage.
  • Ability to engage people and establish / maintain productive working relationship.
  • Good written and verbal English skills.
  • Possess strong organizational skills.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Solid negotiating / influencing skills.
  • Strong business knowledge.

Financial Reporting Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyzing and reporting financial statements and operating results.
  • Coordination of a, business unit financial and operating forecast.
  • Developing and administering capital budgets and authorization for expenditures.
  • Designing and evaluating financial and operating control system.
  • Improving financial and accounting processes.
  • Preparing reports for the Government, e.g., Work Program & Budget (WP&B), Financial Quarterly Report (FQR), Financial Monthly R8port (FMR), and reviewing with Government.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor or Master degree in Accounting with GPA of 3.25 or higher out of 4.0 scale or equivalent.
  • Excellent accounting, analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Minimum 3 years experience in Accounting or Financial Analysis or Audit in Oil and Gas industry.
  • Experiences in SAP and Oil & Gas industry are highly, desirable.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Driven, self-motivated and result oriented.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and willing to be an effective team player.
  • Able to work successfully in changing environments arid meet tight deadlines.

Accountant

Key Responsibilities:

  • Performing monthly closing to book journal entries and accruals SAP, periodic account analysis and reconciliations.
  • General Accounting, including fixed assets, inter-company accounting and bank transactions.
  • Operations accounting, including volumetric accounting and joint-interest accounting.
  • Project Accounting, performing various financial activities for major projects, including reporting and stewarding cost and financial results internally and externally, controlling Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) contracts for correct invoicing, charges and compliance with contract provisions, preparing EPC facilities fixed asset initial setup, analyzing costs, preparing management reports.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor or Master degree in Accounting with preferably GPA of 3.25 or higher out of 4.0 scale or equivalent.
  • Excellent accounting, analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Minimum 3 years experiences in Accounting or Audit in Oil and Gas industry.
  • Experiences in SAP and Oil & Gas industry are highly desirable.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Driven, self-motivated and result oriented.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and willing to be an effective team player.
  • Able to work successfully in changing environments and meet tight deadlines.
