SMC (Service Management Centre) Technician (Code:SMCT)
Requirements:
- Minimum diploma degree in Electronic/Telecommunication Engineering.
- More than 2 years experience on the same position or relevant working experience.
- Experience with network management sytems, frame relay, TCP/IP and VoIP.
- Operation, integration, and testing of satellite, data, and voice and RF based systems, ViaSat, Comtech, EF Data, Anacom, Codan, Cisco Adtran, Sea Tel, Cahnnel Master, HP Openview, Spectrum Aprisma.
- Knowledge in various computer operating system, networking configuration skills, dial up and LAN adapter settings as well as moderate computer skills are required.
- Willing to work on shift schedule.
