Under the Production Sharing Contract arrangements with SKK MIGAS, PETRONAS CARIGALI Indonesia Operation is looking for some position below to support our development project:

Lead and manage of the implementation and control the overall activities of Business Planning and budgeting. The process requires consolidation of the various departments’ plans, streamlining to the overall corporate strategies and plans facilitation of resource so as to ensure inputs contribute significantly to the formulation of effective long-term and short-term company business strategies.

Strategize and manage Supply Base operations in the most effective, safe and cost efficient manner to meet PETRONAS business requirements while ensuring compliance with PETRONAS/Government established policies, procedures and regulatory requirements, practice of good governance and integrity in the overall processes and practices to support uninterrupted exploration, drilling and development and production operations

Plan and formulate an effective strategy to integrate and optimize PETRONAS Marine and Aviation operations by developing overall long term planning and Master Procurement Plan/Procurement list to efficiently support PETRONAS production development projects and drilling operations in a timely and cost effective manner.

Ensure of the all process of the control Treasury and Receivables/Payables functions such as payment of vendors / Contractors invoices and staff claims / advances, gas sales payment and daily operational requirements in respect of funds and banking operations always ensuring they are performed timely, accurate and consistent with all regulatory requirements, best practices and in accordance with PETRONAS Group accounting policies, procedures and guidelines, so as to provide efficient and effective financial services to meet the internal and external customers requirements and Company s liquidity thereby contributing towards the realization of company business objectives and strategies.

Execute the overall PETRONAS logistics inventory management through close liaison with project teams, government authorities and other statutory bodies to ensure complied with the statutory regulations and timely approved on submitted applications thus giving no impact or delay to projects schedules.
