TATELY N.V., TATELY BUDONG-BUDONG N.V., ZARATEX N.V. are part of a rapidly expanding international Oil & Gas company. Together with our other associated companies, we are operators of the Palmerah, Budong-Budong and Lhokseumawe Production Sharing Contracts. We are also partners in four non-operated PSC5.
We are immediately seeking highly motivated and skilled individuals to fill the positions of:
1. SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT SUPERVISOR (SCM)
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Assume overall responsibility for the supervision, coordination and operation of alt procurement functions including planning, tendering process, contract development and negotiation, contractor performance monitoring and procurement process audit control
- Develop in-house supply chain management procedures
- Responsible for material movement and Inventory control
- Conduct good corporate governance
Requirements:
- University graduate with a degree in a related field
- Minimum 5 years experience in the supply chain management in the oil and gas industry
- Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the regulations related to procurement in the oil and gas industry in Indonesia, especially BPMIGAS PTK 007 REVISION II/PTK/2011
- Good understanding of custom formalities procedures
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
2. FINANCIAL ANALYST (FA)
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct commercial analysis and negotiation preparation for various -agreements
- Support contract implementation and monitoring
- Facilitate joint venture management activities under JOAs
- Develop financial modeling and evaluation
Requirements:
- Minimum bachelor degree in accounting, mathematics or related fields
- Minimum 5 years experience in the oil and gas industry
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- Good communication skills
