1. Proposal Manager
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring all tender file completely received
- Ensuring that the requirements of tender is clearly translated
- Ensuring that scope of work/instruction to other department is distributed
- Ensuring that other department will submit their scope of work as per schedule
- Ensure that all tender documents is properly prepared to comply with Customer specification/requirement included Technical, Administration and Finance requirement.
- Review the proposal with related department prior to sub mission.
- In the event a Project Manager has been assigned to assist in the preparation of the proposal then he/she also be involved in the review of the proposal
Requirement:
- Min S1 from Engineering background
- Min 5 years in same position, with 15 year experiences handling proposal for oil & gas projects.
- Fluent in English
- Will be place in Jakarta based
2. Electrical Designer
Responsibilities:
- To design E & I Layout,
- High knowledge in design E & I Hook-Up,
- Capable in review and design E&I Support Details, and Instrument Inter Connection Diagrams.
Requirement:
- Min STM or SMU
- Min 7 years experience as E & I Designer
- Good in using Auto CAD
- Active in English
- Will be place in Jakarta based
3. Electrical / Instrument Checker
- Checking that all detail drawings and indicated on-“Project documents and drawing list” shall comply to specification, data sheets, basic document drawings, P&ID/one line diagrams, codes and safety.
- Checking that all materials have been written on hook-up drawings, cable schedules, support details etc. are comply to specification requirement, material size, match connection and quantity, vendor approval.
- To check that all drawings produced shall be able to construct (Tag no., location/elevation, material, quantity
- Checking that all drawings produced shall complete information, easy to understand/practice
- Checking that all drawings issue shall be on time (as schedule)
- Checking that all drawings issue as per contract if any deviation should be reported to coordinator (NCR request)
Requirement:
- Min STM or SMU
- Min 7 years experiences as Electrical Checker or Instrument Checker
- Good in using Auto CAD
- Active in English
- Will be placed in Jakarta based.
