OPERATIONS MANAGER
Job Roles:
- Oversees and coordinates all aspects of exploration, production, and processing facilities
- Ensure efficient operations, manage teams, and maintain safety and environmental standards
- Decision-making about operations activities, risk assessment, team leadership, and optimizing production processes
- Conducting risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential hazards
- Managing and motivating technical teams and subcontractors
- Ensuring production facilities operate at maximum efficiency
- Meeting production targets and optimizing processes to maximize output
- Controlling costs and managing expenses related to operations
- Ensuring all operations comply with safety standards, regulations, company policies and to be executed timely
- Overseeing the operation and maintenance of production facilities and refineries
- Manage the WP&B and ensuring they align with operational needs
Requirement:
- Bachelor degree
- At least 15 (Fifteen) years’ experience in the Operations area in Oil & Gas Industry
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with various stakeholders
- Strong understanding of oil and gas operations, including exploration, drilling, and processing
- Ability to lead, motivate, and manage teams effectively
- Ability to identify and resolve operational issues and challenges
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions
- Ability to adapt to changing situations and work in a fast-paced environment
- Deep understanding of safety protocols and regulations
