Deputy Project Manager
Below are the available positions along with their detailed qualifications:
Requirements:
- 7–10 years of experience in EPC projects, preferably in nickel smelters, mining, or heavy industry
- Proven experience assisting or leading project management activities on major EPC projects
- Strong ability to manage multidisciplinary teams, subcontractors, and project stakeholders
- Solid understanding of the full EPC lifecycle: engineering, procurement, construction & commissioning
- Skilled in project planning, scheduling, cost control, and risk management
- Strong site coordination, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities
- Good knowledge of HSE and QA/QC standards in industrial projects
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Metallurgy, or related fields)
- Proficiency in MS Project or Primavera (P6); PMP certification is a plus
- Willing to work at project sites as needed
