WALK-IN INTERVIEW

1. FLIGHT ATTENDANT (EXPERIENCE & NON EXPERIENCE)

• Ensure five safety standard procedures is being meet and delivered excellent AirAsia experience for the convenient of AirAsia guest during in flight.

EXPERIENCE:

• Male / Female max age 36 years old
• Current Rated A320 series or B737 series
• Any Rated    government or non government license (Boeing series, etc) are welcome to apply

NON EXPERIENCE:

• Male / female 18 – 25 years old

GENERAL QUALIFICATION FLIGHT ATTENDANT:

• Height For Male 170 cm. Female 160 cm & Min SMU (S1 or D3 will be advantage)
• Genuine interest to serve People, well groomed & good looking,
• Willing to be posted outside origin
• Fluent spoken English is a Must (Able to spank mandarin will be advantage)

DOCUMENT REQUIRED:

• Application letter & CV (Including Original & Copies Education Background)
• COPY of ID (KTP) & NPWP, for experience Copy of FA Certificate (Issued by DGCA) –
• Copy of Passport & Copy SKCK (Surat Keterangan Catatan Kepolisian)
• Reference letter from previous company.
• Recent Full body & Close Up photograph –
• For experience Copy of Mandatory Training Certificate (CRM DG, Avsec etc)

2. Captain & First Officer
Pilots are responsible for safely conducting their planes, crew, passengers and cargo from one destination to another

QUALIFICATION:

• Male/Female max 50 years old
• Must Rated B737 Classic
• Hold Valid License:
  • Indonesia ATPL for Captain
  • Indonesia CPL/ATPL for First Officer
• Minimum Level 4 for English proficiency
• Certified Medical: Class 1
  • Min Flight Hours
    • Captain 5000 hours total (Jet)
    • First Officer 1500 hours total (500 hours minimum on Jet)
  • Hours on type
    • 1000 hours for Captain,
    • 500 hours for First Officer
    • Willing to be posted outside origin
