TATELY N.V. and ZARATEX N.V. are part of a growing international oil & gas company. Together with our associated companies, we are operators of the Palmerah and Lhokseumawe Production Sharing Contracts.

To support our expanding operations, we are seeking a highly motivated individual for immediate employment for the position of:

RECEPTIONIST / ADMINISTRATION SUPPORT (Code: RCP)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle all office reception/front office functions
  • Assist with office management support
  • Provide inter-departmental support on administrative and services functions

Requirements:

  • Female, age 20 – 35
  • D3 or S1 graduate from Secretarial Academy, Business Administration or other relevant discipline
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience
  • Well-versed in telephone etiquette
  • Familiar with MS Windows
  • Good English communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Professional, pleasant personality and presentable
  • Resourceful and helpful, with excellent communication skills
  • Able to work well with other people in a multi-discipline environment
  • Immediate availability

Candidate must be willing to be hired on a one-year contract basis under a third-party contractor.
