   - Checking daily Food and Beverage Consumption for Cold Kitchen and Stores.
   - Making Daily Food Cost.
   - Month End Inventory.

   - Doing Cashiering by the system of Till Magic.
   - Having a good knowledge in handling cash / credit and opera.
