Technical Support

Responsibilities

  • Basic network troubleshooting
  • Providing quality Customer Service and follow-ups
  • Providing 1st level of support for hardware and software in desktop environment and office applications
  • Data Entry

Requirement

  • Minimum IT in Diploma or equivalent
  • Candidates who do not have the min qualification but have good troubleshooting skills will be considered!
  • Prior experience/ Internship experience in 1st Level troubleshooting is preferred!
  • Customer Service orientated
  • able to perform rotational shifts and roastered duty!
  • Speaks Fluent English and Chinese prefered but not a MUST!
  • Mandarin Speaking required due to requirements to speaks with Chinese speaking Customers
  • ONLY Singaporean or Singapore PR!
