Your role
You will be based in Bangkok, Thailand and will work closely with our customer. Your role would be as follows :

Track quality of Bekaert’s Steel cord
You will follow the work arrangement of our customer in the operation field and assist customer to consume Bekaert’s steel cord smoothly. You will closely track the performance of Bekaert’s Steelcord in the field and feedback related information to account manager on a timely basis.

You need to understand the production process of the customer and assist the customer to maximize the consumption of Bekaert’s Steel cord under abnormal quality condition, provide samples and related information to account manager for handling quality issues.

Collect marketing intelligence information
Monitor the performance of competitor’s product, supply status and product portfolio. Track the progress of customer’s production and forecasts the trend. Check inventory change of tire and steel cord in customer’s warehouse and provide precaution to the demand of steel cord.

Manage the return of packing material.
Ensure timely return of packing materials and ensuring they are in good condition.

Assisting Account Manager.
Assisting Account Manager to take the bank drafts when it is ready and probe the AR status of competitors. Work together with Account Manager to handle business issues related to in-the- floor operations.

Your Profile
You should have the following qualities :

  • Senior school education level / diploma or technical / operator experience in rubber processing (preferably tyre manufacturing).
  • Strong self discipline and proactive working attitude with fast learning competency
  • Sound understanding of steel cord and tire cord production process preferred;
  • Able to listen and converse well in English
  • Self motivated, good initiative, good team player and can work independently.
  • Sense of integrity and committed.
  • Good health and physically strong to work in the tire production field.
  • Willing to travel and sound mobility
