In gearing up for long-term business expansion, we seek talented, motivated and competent individuals to join our Team as CONSULTANT in this following position

MEASUREMENT CONSULTANCY
(Based in Singapore on yearly renewable contract)

Responsibilities:

  • Develop service measurement & tracking tools
  • Establish performance indicators, tracking systems
  • Develop & conduct service and organization related surveys
  • Establish analysis & findings and recommendations to clients
  • Establish & conduct focus group interviews and submit findings / recommendations to clients

Job Specific Requirements:

  • Male / Female, Age minimum 30 years old
  • Minimum S1 degree, preferably S2 from reputable university
  • Minimum have 5 years experience in consulting firm
  • Able to work well independently or with teamwork, with a strong CAN DO attitude
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
  • Good presentation skill
  • Must be willing to be based in Singapore and may conduct assignments in weekends
