In order to support the expansion of our sales and manufacturing activities located in the Eastern Part of Jabodetabek Area where we employ around 400 people with annual turnover of US$ 80 million, we are looking for talent to fill up following positions:

SALES MANAGER WIRE (SW)

Your Role:

  • Through prospection and ongoing contact with customers, you will perform all commercial activities needed to achieve targets in terms of sales volume, profitability, market share and new product development
  • You will develop good knowledge of the market by collecting and analyzing market information about customers, competitors and industry trends
  • You will coordinate and follow up technical support and after sales service in order to reach maximum customer satisfaction
  • You will handle customer complaints in order to ensure optimal solution for both the customer and Bekaert
  • You will follow up accounts receivables and stimulate all necessary actions in order to ensure timely payment
  • You will directly report to the regional sales manager

Your Profile:

  • You hold a Bachelor degree with at least 5 years experience in business to business sales
  • You have a solid experience in exploring and developing new markets
  • You possess very strong communication skills both written and oral and you are result oriented
  • You are prepared to travel intensively within Indonesia
  • Excellent speaking and writing ability of English supported with good knowleUgeof Microsoft Office

PURCHASING MANAGER (PM)

Your Role:

  • Together with your team you will be responsible for coordinating all purchasing activities which include identification of suppliers, negotiation, supply of goods and services including custom clearance and KITE administration and complaint handling
  • You will develop and implement the necessary systems and tools that will contribute to a reduction in lead time, increased delivery reliability, lower cost and inventories and enhanced quality of the purchased goods and services
  • You will define and achieve the targets for your department taking into consideration the challenges and needs of the business and expectations of your internal customers
  • You will supervise, coach and develop a team of purchasing staff, logistic and KITE administrators
  • You will report directly to the general manager

Your Profile:

  • You hold a Bachelor degree with minimum 5 years working experience in purchasing
  • You have exposure to global purchasing in a multinational company and are familiar with SAP
  • You have a good knowledge of custom clearance, import-export and KITE regulation
  • You are an excellent negotiator with good management skills
  • You area good team player, internal customer oriented and have good communication skills
  • Excellent speaking and writing ability of English supported with good knowledge of Microsoft Office

MECHANICAL ENGINEER (ME)

Your Role:
You will conduct the mechanical installation of new equipment

  • You will read and study the mechanical drawings and will ensure that after installation the equipment is running properly
  • In the operation stage you will be responsible for conducting the accidental and preventive maintenance and contribute in achieving the output and uptime targets of the production department
  • Together with small team of specialized mechanical technicians who will be reporting to you, you will be responsible for conducting the daily maintenance activities
  • You will report directly to the maintenance manager

Your Profile:

  • You hold a bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering with min 5 years experience in mechanical troubleshooting and installation of machines
  • You have excellent analytical and problem solving skills with proven hands-on experience
  • You want to get the things done and enjoy working in a team
  • Good speaking and writing ability of English supported with good knowledge of Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.

PROCESS ENGINEER (PE)

Your Role:

  • You will analyze the critical parameters of the production process, propose and implement modifications which have a positive impact on stability of the process and product properties and will help to decrease customer claims and production waste
  • You will build up an extensive knowledge of the technical domain you are responsible for and be regarded as an expert
  • You will develop arid implement the needed modifications in our production process in order to be able to prods new applications in close cooperation with equipment suppliers, customers and the R&D department
  • You will follow-up the performance of new or improved products at the customer
  • You will report directly to the operations manager

Your Profile:

  • You hold a bachelor or master degree in engineering (preferably metallurgy, chemical, mechanical or industrial engineering) from a renowned university with 2-3 years relevant working experience
  • You are a dynamic, innovative and result-oriented person who enjoys working in team
  • You posses strong analytical and problem solving skills and show a passion for technology
  • Excellent speaking and writing ability of English supported with good knowledge of Microsoft Office

SALES MANAGER BUILDING PRODUCTS (SB)

Your Role:

  • Through prospection and ongoing contact with customers, you will perform all commercial activities needed to achieve targets In terms of sales volume, profitability, market share and new product development

  • You hold a Bachelor degree in civil engineering with at least 5 years experience in the construction sector (designer/contractor) or in business to business sales
  • Good knowledge of concrete technology is an advantage
  • You possess very strong communication skills both written and oral and you are result oriented
  • You are prepared to travel intensively within Indonesia
  • Excellent speaking and writing ability of English supported with good knowledge of Microsoft Office

TQM MANAGER (TQM)

Your Role:

  • You will support the general manager in making TOM and lean manufacturing an integral part of the company culture
  • You will identify the right TOM targets taking into consideration the challenges and needs of the business and the results of a self assessment, and ensure a smooth implementation and achievement of the goals
  • You will be responsible for organizing effective trainings and ensure there is a good evidence of appropriate use of TOM tools and methods throughout the whole organization
  • Together with a team of shop floor facilitators who will be reporting to you, you will develop a strong culture of Quality Control Circles or shop floor improvement projects
  • You will organize TQM events such as TOM days and visits
  • You will report directly to the general manager

Your Profile:

  • You hold a bachelor or master degree in engineering (preferably industrial engineering) from a renowned university with minimum 5 years relevant working experience as quality or process engineer in an international manufacturing company (preferably in automotive sector)
  • You show a solid experience in lean manufacturing (e.g. Toyota Production System)
  • Green or black belt six sigma degree is an advantage
  • You are quality oriented and customer driven
  • Your are a good communicator who enjoys working in a team
  • Excellent speaking and writing ability of English supported with good knowledge of Microsoft Office

ELECTRICAL ENGINEER (EE)

Your Role:

  • You will be responsible for the installation of all electrical systems and wiring of new equipment
  • You will read and study the electrical drawings and will ensure that after installation the equipment and PLCs are running properly

  • You have a strong knowledge in programming/troubleshooting of PLC and AC Doves
  • You have excellent analytical and problem solving skills with proven hands-on experience
  • You want to get the things done and enjoy working in a team
  • Good speaking and writing ability of English supported with good knowledge of Microsoft Office

EXIM / LOGISTIC OFFICER (EXO) – 2 positions

Your Role:

  • You will manage and handle the import and customs activities of all imported goods
  • You will ensure all imported goods are handled properly according to the prevailing rules and regulations within the specified time to avoid unnecessary extra costs
  • You will report directly to the purchasing manager

Your Profile:

  • You hold a bachelor degree or Diploma in Business Administration/Economics/Logistic with 2-3 years relevant experience in export/import
  • You have good knowledge of customs clearing procedures
  • You pay attention to details, posses a high sense of urgency, and able to liaise effectively with external parties
  • Good speaking and writing ability of English supported with good knowledge of Microsoft Office
