PROCESS ENGINEER (Code: PE)

The position requires extensive competency in conceptual & detailed process engineering design, commissioning and facilities optimization in the Upstream Oil & Gas Industry. He should be familiar with developing Process Flow Diagram (PFD), Piping & Instrument Diagram (P&ID), Process Study & Simulation, Calculation and Sizing, Process Datasheet, HAZOP & HAZID, SIL, facility commissioning and start-up, etc.

Qualifications

  • S1 degree in CHEMICAL Engineering, be fluent in written and spoken English language
  • Minimum 10 years experience in the field of Upstream Oil & Gas Industry. Minimum 10 years of the total experiences should have been in detailed design engineering of upstream oil & gas production facilities located both onshore and offshore. It shall include design of heavy oil and acid gas facilities including produced water handling for reuse or reinjection.
  • Very conversant with several process calculation and design computer soft ware program relating to Oil & Gas/Petrochemical Industry, such as Hysys, Pipesim, HTRI, etc.
  • Familiar with Oil and Gas Industry Standard such as, but not limited to MIGAS, API, ANSI, NFPA, and other National and International Standards.

INSTRUMENT ENGINEER (Code: IE)

The position requires extensive competency in engineering design (specification, calculation and datasheet), installation & construction, commissioning and site trouble shooting experiences in the field of Instrumentation Engineering in the Oil & Gas and/or Petrochemical Industry. He should be familiar with Piping & Instrument Diagram (P&ID), Logic Diagram, Instrument Calculation and Sizing, Instrument Datasheet, Hook Up, Ladder Diagram, Programmable Logic Controller (PLC), Compressor and Generator Control System, Fire & Gas System, HAZOPS, LOPA, SIL, etc.

Qualifications

  • S1 Degree in instrumentation/physical Engineering, be fluent in written and spoken English language.
  • Minimum 10 years experience in the field of Oil & Gas and/or Petrochemical Industry.
  • Very conversant with several instrumentation calculation and design computer soft ware program relation to Oil and Gas/Petrochemical Industry.
  • Familiar with Oil and Gas Industry Standard such as, but not limited, ISA, API, NEMA, IEEE, IEC, NFPA, and other National and International Instrumentation Standards.

DRILLING ENGINEER (Code : DE)

Responsible for preparing drilling programs, well designs, directional planning, cost estimates, cost control, performance monitoring, continuous improvement, RUMS and MOC process, and contractor management program among others.

Qualifications

  • S1 degree in Engineering or similar tertiary Technical Institution
  • At least 10 years experience in Drilling Engineering/Operations in Oil & Gas company
  • Knowledge of governmental procurement policies and other regulatory agencies
  • Good understanding of health, safety and environmental laws and regulations
  • Familiar with Drilling software (hydraulic, torque and drag, BHA, well path design) and all software under Windows NT
  • Technical skill required in horizontal well design, Extended Reach Drilling, HPHT drilling and multilateral well will be an advantage.

MECHANICAL ENGINEER (Code: ME)

The position requires extensive competency in engineering design (specification, calculation and datasheet), installation & construction, commissioning and site trouble shooting experiences in the field of Mechanical Engineering in the Upstream Oil & Gas and/or Petrochemical Industry. He should be familiar with Mechanical Equipments (Compressor, Pump, Generator, Tank, Vessel, etc), Piping & Instrument Diagram (P&ID), Mechanical Calculation, Sizing & Data Sheet and mechanical drawing including condition monitoring and analysis.

Qualifications

  • S1 degree in MECHANICAL Engineering, be fluent in written and spoken English language
  • Minimum 10 years experience in the field of Oil & Gas and/or Petrochemical Industry.
  • Minimum 10 years of the total experiences have been in detailed design engineering. Very conversant with several mechanical calculation and design computer software program relating to design, operation and analysis of Upstream Oil and Gas/Petrochemical Industry.
  • Familiar with Oil and Gas Industry Standard such as, but not limited to MIGAS, API, ANSI, TEMA, NFPA, and other National and International Standards.

PROJECT PLANNING AND CONTROL (Code: PPC)

The position requires extensive competency in project planning and control of upstream oil & gas production facility located both onshore and offshore. He should be familiar with all methods of estimating, scheduling and controlling for upstream oil & gas facility projects.

Responsibilities

  • S1 majoring in any Engineering or Construction Management
  • Minimum 10 years experience in project planning, monitoring and cost, time and resource management within the project organization and well familiar with Oil & Gas project process and activities and its relationship.
  • Familiar with PMBOK Standard, ability for analyzing and solving problems, faculty of team work. Strong working knowledge of personal computer application, vast working knowledge of Primavera project planner (P3), Primavera Enterprise and Microsoft project.
  • Experience in all stage of a project cycle including feasibility study (planning, scheduling and cost estimation), Basic and Detail Design phase, procurement and construction stage and also contract bidding.

SAFETY ENGINEER (Code: SE)

The position requires extensive competency in SHEQ Management System and operational safety of upstream oil & gas production. He should be familiar with isrs7, Process Hazard Analysis concepts & application and various accident investigation techniques. The role will directly report to Safety Manager, ensure that Safety & Health management systems are fit for purpose and properly implemented, provide leadership and coaching support to company operations group proliferated with safety engineering philosophies, principles and objectives. He also provides leadership in the development of Company Operation Safety Management System and contributes toward it’s roll out to the operations group

Qualifications

  • Minimum S1 degree in any Engineering major from reputable university, be fluent in written and spoken English language
  • Minimum 10 years experience in Safety Health Environment in Oil and Gas company/Petrochemical industry
  • Familiar with oil and Gas Industry Standards such as, but not limited to MIGAS, SII, API, NFPA, ANSI and other National & International Standards
  • Collaborative in nature and having excellent interpersonal and communication skill
  • Candidate with Process Safety experience is an advantage
