Senior/Executive, AIC (Agency for Integrated Care)
- Assist the Manager with the operations of Agency for Integrated Care (AIC)
- Collaborate with health care professionals such as nurses, doctors, case managers and medical social workers in the hospitals, community hospitals and community-based organizations to ensure the transition of patients across different levels of care.
- Take on ad-hoc projects to help improve the process of health care delivery to intermediate and long term care services across the care continuum.
Staff Nurse
- Work with a team of medical and nursing professionals in delivering quality patient car
- Adhere to operational and nursing policies at the ward level
Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in Nursing
- Must be SNB registered
- Fresh School leavers welcomed!
