In order to provide our customers with outstanding level of service, we invite applications for the following positions, to be based in Doha, State of Qatar

CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT Ref: CSA/QAS/09
Successful candidates should have a natural flair in making our customers journey through Doha International Airport an outstanding and memorable experience. Candidates must have minimum 1 year experience in Customer Service environment, successfully completed Secondary School education, have excellent communication skills in English language, strong teamwork skills and warm, friendly attitude.

LOADERS/PORTERS    Ref: G1/QAS/09
Selected candidates must be physically strong, preferably having some schooling background, must have the ability to speak, write and understand English language. In addition the selected candidate must also have the ability to effectively handle Baggage, Trolleys etc at the airport and be completely fit to work under pressure in harsh climatic conditions.

AIRCRAFT DISPATCHER (Red Caps on Ramp) Ref: ADP/QAS109
Successful candidates will be responsible for coordinating with various ground services (baggage, cargo, ramp, catering and passenger) and flight crews to ensure on time flights departure and arrivals. Candidates must be High School graduates with minimum 4 years work experience in ground handling industry. Candidates are required to possess relevant training/certifications in Load control, Dangerous Goods, and IATA Ramp Handling procedures.

SENIOR LOAD CONTROL AGENT Ref: SLC/QAS/09
Applicants must be a High School Graduate, with at least 3 years of work experience in a similar position at an airport. Must have IATA Load Control license /Basic DCS training advantageous. Must also ensure a DCS or manual load/trim sheet is prepared & produce a timely, safe, and efficient LIRF for each customer airlines departure in full compliance with airline procedures.

EQUIPMENT OPERATOR Ref: EQO/QAS/09
Applicants must have completed minimum secondary school education and hold an airport and equipment operator driving permit, with minimum of 3 years work experience in an international airport as an equipment operator. Applicants must be able to operate equipment and all types of ground handling equipment including aircraft towing tractors, must have been trained in ramp safety awareness, safety handling, be able to interact with ground support equipment supervisors, senior equipment operators and engineering officers, The selected candidate must have good communication skills in English language.
