We are currently taking applicants for the following position:

PLB WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR
(Assignment: Jakarta-Marunda)

Supervise, coordinate and manage warehouse and logistics activities, including completely customs clearance document management activities in order to provide support for company in term of deliver a good practice to the Client, Business Partner, Corporate process which conform to business ethics and company’s procedures.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree preferably engineering, technical trade or project type background is required.
  • Experienced min. 4 years in Warehouse preferably in Logistic / Oil & Gas Industries.
  • Mechanical aptitude and or strong general engineering skills.
  • Sound knowledge of Inventory Control and Supply chain management.
  • Fluent in English, strong computer literacy, good interpersonal skill and motivate people.
  • Awareness of ERP systems [e.g. SAP] would be an advantage but are not essential.
  • Fully understanding with WMS (Warehouse Management System).
  • Familiar with Customs Regulation for Export and Import.
  • Familiar with Freight Regulation.
  • Able to work under high pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills and teamwork.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure work – warehouse area performed conforms with Health Safety and Environmental (HSE) Corporate procedures, System Operating Procedure (SOP) Materials Management warehouse and official standards and requirements.
  • Execute and control inbound, outbound and inventory management policies and procedures.
  • Monitor inventory level, inventory movement, inbound and outbound operation using manual or computerized inventory systems.
  • Perform weekly, monthly, annual report and system review regarding inventory control and recordkeeping.
  • Expedite and supervise the order process, check and receipt material according to the specification by providing GRN to ensure receipting in the system are updated.
  • Supervise and control packing and transport handling process including stock take material are well recorded and handling properly to ensure handling process are meet the safety requirement and as per standard procedures.
  • Coordinate and liase with custom/import staff for any issue related with import materials to ensure all custom/import matter are well managed.
  • Measuring and reporting the effectiveness of the warehouse activities.
  • Conferring with other supervisors to coordinate activities and serving internal customers.
  • Manages environmental aspects of facilities by staying appraised of environmental concerns and advising departmental management of guidelines, procedures, etc., to maintain environmental compliance.
  • Actively contribute to a team culture where all employees are responsible for their own and co-worker safety, Keep work area clean and tidy, take corrective action on all hazardous situations in order to maintain a safe and healthy environment at all times.
  • Monitor and manage requirement for PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and special safety equipment to ensure all safety aspects in PO (Purchase Order) / PVA (Preferred Vendor Agreement) are adequate.
  • Controlling and monitoring sub-contractor alignment on site in periodically.
  • Communicate and good relationship with warehousing management area, local community, and partner.
  • Perform weekly, monthly, annual report and system review regarding inventory control and recordkeeping.
