New Business Development Manager – Thailand

To manage sales and marketing activities of Decorative Dealers and Modern Trade business according to Company ‘s strategies and policies towards achievement of the Company ‘s annual sales, cost and gross profit budgets.

Job description

  • Manage the new business development of the decorative dealer teams by identifying areas for sales growth and implementing business plans to ensure increased sales from new dealer business meets agreed revenue and profitability targets.
  • Manage the development of new dealers by controlling the mapping process and working with the dealer sales teams to ensure implementation of new dealers and MC centers in line with budgeted agreements
  • Manage the sales to maintenance markets by designing, organizing and implementing campaigns to increase sales revenues through the dealers in these markets
  • Control the technical service activities by coordinating with the Tech Service manager and other sales managers to ensure effective implementation of new MC Centers and quality technical service follow up with dealers and decorative projects.
  • Manage the shop decoration team by establishing budgets for customers and agreeing on in-shop designs to ensure alignment with Jotun standards and budgetary requirements

Qualifications

  • Minimum 7 years experience in Sales and/or Marketing.
  • 3-5 years experience in managing people will be considered as advantages .
  • Experience to deal with dealers and manage construction project is preferable.

  • Responsibility for budgets and results

Education level

  • College / University, Bachelor’s degree

Personal qualities

  • Thai Male or Female, age 35 years old up.
  • Bachelor degree in or related filed
  • Good interpersonal & communication skills, well-organized and good problem solving.
  • Self motivated, enthusiastic, with good leadership.
  • Initiative and commitment to achieve
  • Be very proactive, positive and have “Can Do” attitude
  • Customer service and relationship orientation
  • Good command of English and Computer literacy.
