M&E Program Officer: Environmental Governance
The Asia Foundation, an international non-governmental organization is seeking applicants for a Monitoring and Evaluation Program Officer for an ongoing Environmental Governance project in Indonesia. Program areas include strengthening local governance through partnerships with CSO’s, addressing the regulatory framework for land use change and forestry issues, improving spatial planning and land use permitting and utilizing the justice sector to address forest conversion. Policy research and political-economy analysis will be at the foundation of the program approach. The M&E PO will be responsible for implementing the M&E framework across the program, managing log frames for approximately 40 local partners, developing an online M&E system via a consultant firm and contributing to the design of a program evaluation. Candidates with minimally 8 years experience in monitoring and evaluation and an experience in the environmental governance sector are encouraged to apply. English language skills required.
