Position: Junior Finance and Administrative Support Officer
Location: Indonesia
Assignment Starts: March 2009

Duration: 4 months full time

A Junior Finance and Administrative Support Officer is immediately required in TAMF. His / her main duties will entail providing administrative and logistical support to the Senior Finance Officer. Under the direction of the Senior Finance Officer, key tasks will include:

  • Preparation of payment documentation
  • Management of petty cash
  • Data-entry
  • Maintenance of hard and soft copy files
  • Assist in the development of finance reports
  • Maintenance of the assets register
  • Provide of general administrative support to TAMF management support team

Selection Criteria

  • A university degree
  • Knowledge of financial accounting
  • Good computer / IT skills
  • Good command of written and spoken English
  • Work experience with aid funded project and or Experience with QuickBooks will be highly regarded
