  • Has experience as Chef de Partie at least for 2 years in a 5 star international
  • Hotel / Pan Asian Restaurants

Chefs de Cuisine (code: CDC 0309)

  • Has experience as Sous Chef at least for 2 years in a 5 star international
  • Hotel / Pan Asian Restaurants

Assistant Tournant (code: AST 0309)

  • Has experience as Demi Chef at least for 2 years in 5 star International
