GTZ Office Jakarta is seeking an Indonesian qualified candidate for the position of Administrator (Finance and Accounts) that will be under 1 (one) year Fixed-Term Contract with possibility of prolongation. The main tasks are:

  • Assist in the preparation and monitoring of the office/project/programme budgets using SAP R3
  • Carry out accounting procedures using WINPACCS accounting software
  • Monitor accounts payables/receivables in Office Journals
  • Review the classification of all vouchers/receipts according to completeness and to cost centres/cost category/legal and correct them if required
  • Provide advice and guidance in financial matters to projects
  • Anticipate possible difficulties and develop solutions in accordance with GTZ policies and regulations

Formal education:
Business Administration in Accounting and Audit

Experience:
Minimum 2 years experience in a similar position

Qualification:

  • Thorough knowledge of German Standard Accounting
  • Ability to work in an international team and stressful environment
  • Excellent English and German language both written and oral
