The role would expect you to maintain an updated banking / financial industry with competitor’s information on remuneration at all time and prepare ANZ information to participate in annual market remuneration survey. You would be required to prepare annual Full Time Employee & cost budget / forecast to control / monitor / track the budget for the whole ANZ VN. You would be required to provide support in the completion of the annual performance assessment process / annual remuneration review.

In addition to this you would need to play as a back-up role for Payroll Admin in Staff Payroll for local, expatriates, service & domestic staff and verify / track staff benefits, regular update lists of benefit eligibility. You would be in charge of all HR reports while also assist C&B Manager from time to time with projects related to C&B.

Qualifications
You would need to possess experience in compensation & benefit and personnel admin function with sound knowledge of the Labour Code of Vietnam & other related regulations, taxation regulations. Good communication skills to be able to communicate with staff at all levels / external authorities with good knowledge of front / back office processes and procedures and the ability to work well with data and numeric would be the other mandatory requirements. Knowledge on bank accounting system with sound knowledge of local Manpower requirements in addition to Group Policies and procedures would be an added advantage.
