In 2006, Shell started its Commercial Fuels business in Indonesia: we provide bulk fuels and related technical support to the Industrial and Transport Sector. Shell Indonesia is also planning to establish a significant presence in the upstream sector.

HR Proximate

Job Description:

  • Responsible for payroll processing and staff mobility related invoices
  • Coordinates staff transfer activities, both local and international
  • Focal Point for procurement (Goods and Services)
  • Handling process of staff on-boarding
  • Support HR manager in salary and benefit survey not limited to implementation phase
  • Managing expatriates formalities and international visitors
  • Prepare mandatory HR reports pertaining to manpower related issues
  • Prepare regular budget reporting
  • Participate and contribute in project related activities, not limited to local and global

Job Requirements:

  • Customer focused
  • Organized and detailed
  • Good in communication skill
  • Fluent in English
  • Bachelor degree with minimum 2-year experience in similar role
  • Finance background is an advantage
