To cope with fast expansion in our business, we are looking for high caliber to join in Mongkok Retail Shop:

Technical Support/Sales Assistant

The job mainly on carrying out technical support to our retail shop (i.e. technician) and some selling assistant on (80% & 20%) -

Requirements:

  • F.5 or above
  • Familiar with PC Hardware, Software and Windows XP plus Vista
  • Hands-on experience in PC Assembly
  • Knowledge in PC troubleshooting an advantage
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Immediate available preferred

Duties:

  • Provide technical support on computer products
  • Identify problems and arrangement to fix PC problems
  • Good customer care
  • A hard-working and fast learning attitude is pre-entry level for these positions

Good prospect and career opportunity; Work hour from Mon to Sat; (12:30 – 20:30), Sunday Off. All public holidays will be arranged on other week days, annual leave, etc.
