Senior Development Programme Coordinator & Development Programme Coordinator

The New Zealand Embassy in Jakarta welcomes applications for two vacancies, both contributing to delivery of development activities through the New Zealand Aid Programme in Indonesia. Applicants for both positions must possess sound judgement, confidence and excellent interpersonal skills. The successful applicants will be fluent in Bahasa Indonesia. They will join a small effective team who enjoy delivering New Zealand’s Aid programme in Indonesia and as such be capable in the following areas:

Senior Development Programme Coordinator

Key criteria for SDPC

  • Significant development work expertise.
  • Demonstrated experience in strategic planning, financial management and project cycle management.
  • Strengths in relationship building across diverse levels of society.
  • Analytical skills and expertise in report writing.
  • Confidence and ability to engage in complex issues.
  • Competency in both written and oral English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Relevant degree.

Development Programme Coordinator

Key criteria for DPC

  • At least three years development programme management experience.
  • Excellent skills in project management and implementation.
  • Written and oral skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Competency in analyzing and report writing.
  • Relevant degree.
  • Computer competence.
