Senior Sales Manager

The successful candidate will report to the General Manager. He/She will:

  • Prepare, develop, implement and manage annual budget and marketing plan
  • Grow share of market and increase Company revenue
  • Analyze and identify business opportunities
  • Achieve agreed budget objectives
  • Develop, build and manage client relationships

You must have

  • Degree in marketing related discipline from a reputable university
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in Sales and/or Marketing, preferably in the Training Consulting or Service Industry with clientele base
  • Strategic and yet hands-on
  • Experienced in a management capacity with profit responsibility
  • Must be dynamic and resourceful with excellent sales and leadership qualities
  • Proven track record in managing a successful business unit and achieving revenue targets
  • Able to work with team and under pressure
  • Have high energy, initiative and be flexible
  • Good presentation and interpersonal skills
